Required

Statistify plugin doesn’t need much, but the one thing (except WordPress) that it depends on is GeoIP javascript plugin which comes pre-packed with it. So you must have JavaScript enabled in your browser.
– If you do not know how to enable JavaScript in your browser please check this great website.
– WordPress 4.0 or higher
Please note that this two are a must have for this plugin to function as advertised.

Installation

Statistify is a WordPress plugin, and as so it should be installed just as any other both free or premium WordPress plugin.

There are two ways of installing a WordPress plugin, but since this is a premium plugin and not available in the WordPress.org respository, it has to be installed via a third party FTP program.

We recommend Filezilla for this purpose. So download Filezilla or any other similar FTP software and follow the following steps:

1. Download this WordPress Plugin to your desktop.
2. If downloaded as a zip archive, extract the Plugin folder to your desktop.
3. Read through the “readme” file thoroughly to ensure you follow the installation instructions.
4. With your FTP program, upload the Plugin folder to the wp-content/plugins folder in your WordPress.
5. Go to Plugins screen and find the newly uploaded “Duplicator” Plugin in the list.
6. Click Activate to activate it.

FAQ

The plugin doesn’t work – Disable and then re-enable the plugin in the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
If that does not help, try disabling other installed plugins, to exclude the possibility of a plugin conflict.
Where are the settings? – They are located under ‘Statistics’ section on your admin dashboard.
When admin visits page it counts 2 views, why? – If you test the plugin by loading the blog, make sure that you have the setting ‘Administration Exclusion’ under the ‘Exclusions’ tab set to ‘yes’. One hit is formed from the blog view, the other one from the administration panel hit if the setting is set to ‘no’.
Why did visits drop from version 1.5? – The version 1.5 uses a completely new method to detect only real human visitors.
